Joyce Broussard is the secretary for the Department of Resource Development. She provides administrative support, facilitates department activities, and maintains departmental records. |

Suzanne Anderson has over 10 years of experience working with Houston Community College as a technical writer for local, state, and federal grants. Previously, she worked at Houston Independent School District for 20 years, spending seven years with their Department of Technology, six years editing, designing, and producing curriculum guides, and six years helping to establish a Grant Development Office. |

Kathy Buck has more than 25 years of grant writing experience for local, state, and federal organizations. Her extensive writing experience also includes curriculum and teachers’ guides, business manuals, annual reports, brochures, news releases, video scripts, and feature articles. Kathy has over 10 years of experience working with Houston Community College. |
